I bought a ring from the website, silver with colored gems on maybe half of it. When I received the ring, it was so not as it was pictured on the website, the picture on the site was definitely magnified as the ring I received te gems were so tiny you can barely see them. Instead of having a customer for life, I now tell everyone to be very cautious when purchasing from them as it's false advertising at it's best. So disappointing, I'll never buy from them again

We have an extremely rigorous quality control process, but the rings in person may have some differences from the picture because we usually show closer details through pictures.
