I am trying to unfreeze my account so I can make a purchase and I need to have my credit accessed. I have spent hours on the phone and online without a resolution. I have been told there is a technical problem with the online access and as well as the security questions. Then I was also told to submit a copy of my driver's license and current bank statement to *******@transunion.com which I have done. Upon calling 2 days later, I was then told this will take 3-5 business days to access the email and then work on the technical problem. Since I have been informed that I answered all the questions asked of me correctly, why is it necessary to submit the documents via email? These people play on our fears of identity theft and then hijack our accounts and hold them hostage. I would risk identity theft over dealing with Transunion.
