Possibly my fault- I bought a eco tour adventure for my daughter and I, never realizing that it was only good for the next two weeks. OK, my bad. Trying to get a refund now is such a hassle. Called and emailed with specifics and get back generic replies of "we are looking into your request". Haven't been able to get onto the customer service part of the site to even complain. They did send a "how did we do email and when I replied" poorly. Suddenly my complaint and their response showed up. The site is a hassle.And BTW. I just bought a snorkeling "deal" for $50 per person off zozi and then went to the snorkeling company's site and the regular price on the site is $50 per person. It's a scam and I won't be using the site anymore.
