Said my landline would work in 3 days. Instead, they sent me a cell phone to replace landline. On phone for hours and even went to the Independence MO store and every time they say days. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH. AND NO LANDLINE. SAYS I need to keep phone which I bever used and wNt to charge me $600. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP! THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY IS CORRUPT. NUMEROUS LIES AND STILL NO LANDLINE SERVICE AND BILLING ME.

I am currently in a class action lawsuit for the last 3 years. BCBS price gouged me for 10 years and caused tremendous stress and financial strain on me and my family. It has been decided BCBS was price gouging but I will only be reimbursed a fraction and this is unacceptable. My quest now will be to inform every person; business owners, companies of their greed, corruption and incompetence. I will complete every survey and review possible If BCBS wants to stop me from informing the public for the next 20 years I suggest they reimburse me and make it right. Robert Pinter
