While I loved the frames I purchased, within three months, the lenses started to become wavy, making it impossible to read anything. When I contacted customer service, I was told that since I was unable to get a good photo of the issue, there was nothing that could be done since I was outside of the 30 day window. Maybe if I had a better camera, I might have been able to get this issue fixed, but as it stands, my phone's camera is apparently not good enough for my glasses to be fixed.
