Due to some personal issue I had send money to one of my friend but still he did not received it, this was very urgent and now due to that he is in problem... very disgusting and irritating services of PAYTM as in past also I have seen this that several times we send money and paytm keep it and after few days settlement is done but who will bear that pain which we face during that time, Do PAYTM gives interest on that or pay our loss, really I am very upset due to this and there is no way to contact to customer care also only you can chat with IVR and enjoy your pain.
Tip for consumers:
They use your payment for days and use its interest and on the other hand we are just waiting for our money with pain and feels helpless, government should have involvement in this.I hope our PM will definitely see into this matter .
