My experience has been hit or miss with Instacart and I say this as far as their ability to select produce / fresh items / meat / poultry / etc. Sometimes they'll grab you the pick of the litter, other times you'll end up with a sad bruised peach. Instacart is usually good about refunding when this happens, and truly the company has been a lifesaver during this whole pandemic. The shoppers are on the front line literally putting their lives on the line to get us our food, so they deserve more than their usual pay during this time.

We launched our first campaign earlier this month. While we didn't reach our campaign goal, we did learn a ton-- about the crowdfunding process, about our customers, and we got some great ideas / motivation about where to go next. We hired Buzztilt along with one company to help us get the word out. Of the 2, only Buzztilt was the only one able to deliver. We received an awesome feature that landed us on Mashable and gave us a ton of online word of mouth energy. Unfortunately we didn't get funded, but the PR recognition apparently was enough to get us on the radar of some very prominent investors who we are now talking to

I used walmart pickup delivery service last week and there were a few issues with the order. Which fine, mistakes happen, but the worst part is there no way to get this resolved via their website either via email / live chat / or just their software to report the problem. They make you call them in to an obviously backlogged calling system (wait time over an hour). I'm guessing this is part of their scheme so people just give up about getting their money back.
