I purchased a Ultrasonic Humidifier from them. The Blower motor has go bad. I tried to reach someone who could tell me where I could get a part. The number shown on their web site is in Africa! They could offer no assistants. I asked them to provide a USA number or Transfer me to a Support person in the USA. They told me that they could not do it and hung up! I tried to e-mail they, but they do not provide an e-mail address. What they do provide is a link to Micro Soft e-mail drop down. I do not us Micro Soft. Therefor no help. I guess the only way to talk to them is to BUY a product on line. Will not be doing that again. Can not add photo of motor. Did not keep a proof of purchase. Under $100. I'm no looking for a refund! Just want to find a replacement part!
