After 7+ years, 1000's of transactions, 100% feedback, top rated status, etc... their support for buyers is fine, assuming the buyer is the least bit responsible, but terrible for sellers, even if you are perfect/flawless they expect you to take losses when nothing is your fault, they do everything to protect themselves first, then the buyer, and seller comes last 99% of the time. Buyers easily get what they want but sellers are denied justice and held hostage by "departments" that will not take calls (afraid to deal with "us").
And the worst part is, even if you do what an "agent" says, they can still rob you blind with their automated system, and are forced to wait forever for their appeals department to get back to you, costing you more time than the item was even worth, and even then no guarantees.
