This company booked us at an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica on April 13th 2022, when we arrived, we were turned away because one of our kids was under 18. Our reservation clearly showed that we had a child in our party; however, when hotelreservations.com was contacted, they said there was nothing they could do and left us stranded in Jamaica without another hotel. We wrote to the resort about our experience, they refunded the $7,200 paid for our vacation to hotelreservations.com however, the company has yet to provide the refund and keeps finding one reason after the next for not doing so. We have written and called on multiple occasions, each time you are on hold for almost an hour while they speak to some team in the background. They then come back on tell you to wait 3-5 days for funds to hit account, but then send you an email to say they are sorry, but they tried to get a refund and couldn't. It is a complete scam which has now left me seeking legal representation to recover. Don't ever use this company.
