I placed an order over 20 days ago. They claim delivery in 7 - 11 days with free shipping to US. I tried calling their phone...it doesn't work.I tried leaving a message on their website...got a syntex error. I have emailed them more than 4 times with no response. They claim answers within 24 hours. What moon do they live on. I understand they don't care about reviews...The onlything left to do is call credit card company and seek a refund. Place an order with this company at your own peril. I will not order from them again unless something magical happens like getting my order and a major appology...for delays and non-responses.

Tip for consumers:
This is the worst company I have ever tried to deal with. Complete lack of communication. Can't reach them by phone number supplied on their website. Can't reach them on a message area on their website.
They have not answered 4 emails we sent to them trying to get a tracking number. Ask me if I will do business with them again...probably NO.

Products used:
We were trying to purchase a backdrop for our photography business. They say this company is number 6 in the world. I don't agree. You can't communicate with this company. My order has not been received. Requested tracking number 4 itmes...they never responded.
