Purifier arrived quickly. Directions were unclear and I emailed for help since I could not return the item since I had opened the package. I emailed a request for assistance and received a response several days later. I was told I would receive help in the form of an email with clearer information. A week and a half later, I am still waiting. I am 80 years old and the purifier is just sitting. I can't afford to buy a better one and my breathing is still unaided. I don't know how to add the proof of purchase to this response.
