Last year I had to get repairs done because of a minor accident. When I got the repairs done the insurance company advised me to take the car to Caliber Collision and then my glasswork was outsourced to All-Star Auto Glass.
Long story short, they had put my windshield back on but did not seal it totally. I got mold and heavy water damage. When I called All Star they refused to help me because of how many months had passed, despite my proof of damage. They managed to evade helping me in any way and only talked to the company previously mentioned. They continue to deny the damage to me but were legally obligated to seal my windshield properly, and they still claimed they were doing it as a goodwill gesture and claimed no culpability.
Not only did my car get totaled because of their work, but I had to involve the Attorney General to resolve the issue.
At least now im finally done with all of this but I hate companies that are all about the money and not about actually treating customers well or being responsible for the work they've done.
