I have tried several times and days to obtain my balance and the systems says try at a later date. I appreciate if someone would look into this problem and correct the problem. Thank you.
I would rate my experience as good. However I spent 20 min chatting with customer because they did not shoe how this fan was mounted to the ceiling. Mr. Desmond sent me the instructions which show the mounting plate. Mr. Desmond said he would forward the co. To make them aware of this. I previous ordered two lamps in the brush nickle and this fan will blend in well I love the lamps.
Because they match the two lamps I purchase from lamps plus.
