Our business has used Iron Mountain for years and had many problems, we have pulled most of our files from their storage facility and submitted a request to destroy remaining records and close our account, Cannot get a response from them at all despite repeated emails. Calling is a waste of time as if they don't want to handle the subject matter, call is placed on indefinite hold. Appears to be a delay strategy to justify continued storage billing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Rent a private storage unit that at least you will have some control over.

Purchased pre-owed car in August 2021. Failed DEQ as faulty catalytic converter. Was promised replacement, emails every month but finally stopped in Feb 2021. Now dealership is ignoring me. Cannot register car in my name. Beware, learn from my expensive/time consuming mistake - mechanical test before you purchase, people and definitely don't buy if check engine light is on.
