Ordered about $90 of games. Waited a week and the shipping info still said it was waiting to be given to the carrier (USPS).
Called gamestop and was told that my order had been flagged for investigation since the day after i placed the order (with no notification to me) as USPS hadn't updated the shipping status. Was told I needed to wait an additional week for the investigation to finish before they could do anything. I objected and asked to speak to a supervisor and was promptly hung up on. Called back, requested to go right to a supervisor and was told that there was no investigation on my order, and that one couldn't be opened till Friday (it's 9am on Wednesday. Order was supposed to be delivered on monday). I asked for a replacement to be sent. They refused. I asked for some kind of compensation. They refused. So I'm out $70 and gamestop is just telling me to wait because the worst thing to them isn't me not getting what I paid for in a timely manner, it's the off chance that I might get a duplicate order. Never shopping with gamestop again.
