First time customer. I ordered a hard-to-find part that I needed right away. They processed my order and took my payment, then told me it was back ordered for 60 days. 60 days! I needed the part, so had to buy a much more expensive part that was readily available at my local parts store. It's been three days since I cancelled my order and I still dont have my refund. First time customer and now, no longer a customer.

Tip for consumers:
should have been advised of possible back order before I placed the order

In app messages get missed when you're using a lap top. Messages should go to BOTH in app message and email. Or only email. Seems like they are trying to force us to pay for this site by blurring images. Seems like use of this app has diminished quite a bit. Someone needs to create a new free hook up app.
