I randomly came across this store/site and thought it'd be my new favorite place to pick up Swarovski pieces at great prices! Initially was going to place quite an expensive order of about 8 pieces but thought to try them out first with 1 and then go from there - so glad I did, because trying to buy 1 piece from them has amounted to ABSOLUTELY the WORST online shopping experience I've ever had! Giving 1/5 stars is actually quite generous, because they do not even deserve the 1 star having done nothing for it but lie to me nonstop... it should be zero or negative quite frankly if it were more accurate.
I ordered an item listed as in-stock at the end of January, and within 30 minutes of ordering I got a call/voicemail that stated I needed to "call back and confirm the order" before it could proceed/before I would be charged... and so began the whole ordeal of dealing with this sham of a "company".
To say it quite plainly, you are 100% unable to contact them over the phone. NO MATTER the time or day you try calling, nobody EVER will pick up the phone and you're prompted to leave a voicemail (which they will not return... probably only use them to listen to and laugh at the customers they're scamming)
Spoke to Jody over live-chat 3 days after receiving that phone call about confirming my order... she stated the person who had called was mistaken and that she could see the item I ordered in the store AT THAT EXACT MOMENT and that it would ship out later that day. A week goes by, no indication that it shipped, so I reach out (again via chat) and unfortunately am connected to Miranda, who acted so rudely and condescending the entire time, as if how dare a customer reach out and inquire about an idle order. She claims Jody was mistaken (without even knowing at all what Jody had told me) and that the item was suddenly backordered and would arrive the following week, so I could expect it 2 weeks later. I reach out 3 weeks after this conversation with Miranda, and am on live chat with Johanna, who claims the item is in transit to the store but hasn't arrived yet, and should be within less than a week (she also goes so far as to make up a story about how when I called in to place my order and asked about the item, that's when Jody claimed it was in store. But by the time I placed the order, it had sold. Which isn't even CLOSE to accurate, but kudos to her for thinking she could make up a story on the spot and gaslight me into thinking that's how events actually occurred). The following week, I get an email from Jody that the item is backordered, and not expected to ship to them from overseas until 2 months from now.
So the item went from in-stock --> backordered --> sitting in the store available to sell --> backordered --> in transit --> won't be shipped from a manufacturing plant thousands of miles away, for 2 months at least.
After about the 14th blatant lie they told me, I was done wasting my time/energy on dealing with what is clearly a fraudulent merchant, and requested a refund (because, unlike what was stated on the voicemail they left me, they didn't wait to charge my card until the item shipped... it was charged immediately the next business day... yet another lie.) EVEN getting a refund was a hassle... the email I sent was of course not responded to, and until I initiated the Norton Guarantee the purchase came with (luckily! Probably have to with all the orders they fail to ever fulfill) it did not happen. Even then, they claimed to have refunded the amount, and the refund didn't actually occur until another 8 days after that. (Amex said no pending refund was in process during that time even).

TL; DR = STAY AWAY! I read some of the other reviews and thought it was just one-off experiences maybe with those orders. Clearly not the case. The same things are true in all of the negative reviews of them... horrible customer service, fake phone number/not ever able to contact them unless via chat, orders not fulfilled. Not worth trying to save a few bucks. Go with an actually reputable/legit company, b/c this is not it. Not sure what's with all the 5 star reviews because clearly those are fake/paid for. Very unlikely that any company that handles business even a FRACTION of how my experience went, could possibly be considered reputable or reliable, let alone highly recommended.

Tip for consumers:
Use a credit card with fraud protection...you'll most likely need it!
