Well, couldn't go worse. I submited the initial info. Two weeks later they requested me account info again, because the password do not match with the first one provided. All ok since then. After that, the nothingness during two months, they changed the password and the email account and just didn't repond any of my emails, because the live chat is just science fiction. Thankfully i could take back my account using the game support. Very dissapointed with gametag.
