Based on my personal experience I cannot recommend this product. The treatment window is ridiculously small (it is smaller than a dime) where it would take a long amount of time and passes to cover an area. This product would be better for people who have already had professional laser hair removal and just require a touch up here or there. It is definitely not suited for a novice who is trying to use the device to get rid of body hair as it would take an exhausting amount of time.
Furthermore, my machine's battery does not hold any charge anymore and it is outside the one year warranty. Unfortunately this company does not provide repair services. It just feels incredibly wasteful to not provide some sort of repair service for their broken machinery, instead they just expect you to buy another expensive device. My Tria is plugged in but won't hold any charge, so it won't even turn on and has just turned into an expensive paperweight.
