I ordered a professional camcorder (Sony PXW-Z150) and paid $130 for expedited shipping. When I did not receive a shipping notice after a couple of days, I called customer service. First, a lady said the camera is on back order. (Their website said it was in stock) When I asked her to cancel my extra shipping payment because they could not get it to me expeditiously, she put me on hold for 20 minutes. I then spoke to a man saying that the camera I ordered was a PAL version and that the American NTSC version is almost $500.00 more, but I can get it in a matter of days because they have the more expensive model in stock. When I questioned him on the difference and why their website says one thing and by phone I get another story, he became combative and argumentative on the phone. He then simply informed me that he was cancelling my order, as if he was punishing me for asking too many questions. Bottom line is, the camera I ordered switches between NTSC and PAL. He was either ignorant or deceiving. I am thrilled that my order was cancelled because I found the same camera, in stock, ready to ship with a bonus 4 year warranty at a better price from a more reputable company. As for this outfit, I will not shop with them. If you cannot trust the information on their website, they charge expedited shipping charges then lose urgency once they landed a sale and then spin some fabricated story of camera format as an excuse and simply cancel my order to "punish" a client, ain't nobody got time for that.
