I worked with this company for many years as a travel agent. Due to the pandemic, no bookings were made in 2020. But in 2021, booked a hotel in Cancun and paid $ 2090 at Hotelspro. When the customer arrived at the hotel, their booking was not found. I urgently tried to call the emergency line - the line is out of service. I have tried to call any number found on the voucher, on the HOTELSPRO website and in our previous emails. ALL telephone lines are out of service. So I had to pay $ 3,500 for a new booking with another partner. Later I found a personal contact of a person who previously worked at HotelsPro, and he gave the contacts of another person who only replied by email. From this person I received information that the work of the whole company was stopped. There are no employees in the office. And, note, as an exception, my USD 2090 will be credited to me as a deposit at HotelsPro! As an exception? What kind of deposit can we talk about in a company that is bankrupt? It looks like the company is currently scamming to raise as much money as possible for non-existent bookings.
