I do not think that rv corral in Eugen Oregon has much or any repeat business. I bought a top of the line 5th wheel toybox trailer from them and during the walk though noticed an awning light strip not working properly. At the time they said they would order a new one and I would be able to pick up at a later time. Went to pick it up and they said I was too late and they had sent it back to the manufacturer. The management agreed that I was S. O. L.
I will not return for any business.
Charged differently than advertised. Did not except 10% off coupon that they had sent from prior purchase. Headphones were fixed, but at a cost for more than buying. Do not have your headphones fixed here!
Order received broken with no fragile packaging sent picture got the run aroung with customer service saying they will ship. Never did no refund!

Hello Russell, we did not receive any communications from you regarding the 10% off code not working in our checkout and had no way of knowing it did not work for you because of this. We have just now refunded you 10% of the repair cost and sent you an email regarding the pricing. The pricing shown on our website is actually what you paid for the service, and we did also send out a confirmation email with the total price that you confirmed with us before the repairs were completed. We never received any communications from you stating that the price was any less than satisfactory, only a confirmation that the price was good for you.
