The order is already 7+ days late, beyond the 4-6 week expected timeliness standard. There has been NO communication from Foamorder.com. They simply will not provide a date when I can expect my cushions, and certainly will NOT commit to anything.
Nor will they reply when I left a message.
Absolutely abhorrent service. There is no telling whether or not cushion will be of good quality because at this point I really don't expect to ever receive it. I'll be pursuing a full refund, but based on the professionalism (lack thereof) so far, you can be sure that it will be a struggle.
I have contacted Foamorder 3+ times via their online "contact us" button and via a telephone.

Tip for consumers:
They take your money quickly and cheerfully....but they will not actually make a cushion and send it on time.

Products used:
Tried to buy cushions, but it's over a week late and the company (FoamOrder) has gone radio-silent. I am probably going to be one of their victims.
