We left our two small dogs at this groomers according to a few other ratings, that we now believe in our opinion are contrived. This is nothing but an old home out in the country and the kennels are constructed of wood and chicken wire, assembled in an outbuilding next to the house. We boarded our dogs for a week and then called to obtain an extra day.

When we returned, our bill was nearly $100 additional. The woman groomer claimed that our Bichon Frise was "loaded" with fleas and had to be treated, despite the fact that both of our dogs have been on Trifexis from our vet continuously. Our veterinary records also reflect no sign of fleas by the vet nor having been treated for flea "infested" as she called it.

When they brought the dog out of the kennel, we were stunned to find that this woman had elected entirely upon her own to groom our dog, which looked like some kind of circus dog. Even when we had called to get an extra day of boarding, this woman mentioned absolutely nothing about fleas or the fact that she took it upon herself to groom our dog. Our miniature dachshund was also kept in the very same kennel the entire time and yet she made no mention of whether it was "infested" with fleas, which would have had to be the case being kept in the same kennel. She neither treated the dachshund nor groomed it. In our opinion, this woman outright lied to us regarding our Bichon Frise and simply took it upon herself to groom the dog and charge us nearly $100 additional to our boarding costs.

Save your money and take your dogs somewhere that they can be treated in accordance with your wishes and not what this woman groomer simply decides to do to them. Our total bill ran nearly $230. We intend to file suit in small claims court to recover any unapproved costs and also have our vet staff testify regarding the consistent condition of both of our dogs while in the care, evaluation and treatment while being treated and boarded at the vet clinic. We had decided to give "snowberry" a try and it was the absolute worst decision we've made regarding the boarding of our pets and will never do so again. In our opinion, our recommendation is to steer clear of this place.

A problem developed with the software portion of a product I purchased from Sweetwater. It became of roundhouse of difficulty in seeking a resolution. In as much as my original posting expressed my frustration, I must equally speak out regarding the manner in which Sweetwater Sound stepped forward and took the issue into hand directly and through their technical support, sought out and resolved the issue.

I would consider myself a rather demanding individual when something goes wrong and I am subsequently pleased that Sweetwater Sound persisted in a most professional manner to ensure that I wasn't ultimately saddled with a problem not my own. I commend them for their enduring patience during a troubling situation.

So if you need musical products, I speak here without reservation in recommending this company and its staff.
