I ordered 6 air purifiers, was dissatisfied with performance, returned for refund, 4 weeks later, no refund.
Tip for consumers:
I would not recommend LabCharge to anyone. It is impossible to talk to a real live person...can only communicate through email and never the same person that responds to your email. They advertise customer service....NOT. I have been trying for over 6 weeks to get a refund on the 6 air purifiers (they did not do what was advertised). I will report this company to the BBB for their false advertising and a fraud.
