I order a dress for a special event and another item. I paid extra $50.00 for 2 business day shipment to make sure it got on time. They did not notify me that they did not have all the items on my order (the dress) and sent just the one more item I order which is not worth the extra money pay for 2 day shipment. When I called I was told they could not fulfill my order and will make an exception to give only $25 out of the $50 I paid for 2 day delivery, because they do not return what you paid extra to have your order faster. Their excuse was that I received one of the items and if I return that item still will not get time the total money paid for faster deliver. Do not pay 2 day shipment cause they will not return that money even though they do not fulfill the whole order.
