Ordered my ebony tenor over the weekend and it was shipped out Monday morning. I received it in a remote part of Texas on Saturday - quicker than I expected!
Shannon was great help, answering my questions before my purchase. I wanted a low G, but they were too busy to make the switch on it, so she included a set of strings for me to use.
Great customer service - my 2nd Sound Smith and it's the only place I will buy a uke!
