I was using a gift card that I had received and when I hit pay it went to my credit card instead. Within seconds I contacted the company only to find out you could only connect through email. I tried numerous times and then finally received a response saying oh well too late. It's an automated response. Unfortunately, they got me another time for this and now they got me again. Buyer beware.
