TLDR: I strongly advise that you look elsewhere. It will save you so much time, money, and frustration.
I order a patio set that ended up being a little too small for the space so I returned it (which was a long process just to initiate) to purchase the extended version of the same set which was only a little bit more.
However, for some reason, the particular color I wanted was price more than the rest of the other color of the same set. I called about a price match and after over a month of being told "It will be updated on the site in 1-2 days", "We need to speak to the vendor (or the technical team or fulfillment team) and we'll get back to you" and never receiving a call back. Please note that any returns are refunded as gift certificates, not refunded to your card so I am basically stuck with them for the time being. Finally after a month of waiting since they still had my money from the original purchase, I call again only to be told that the price of the other 2 colors wrong apparently wrong, even though I was told other times that the color I wanted was wrong, and that they would not price match. I asked if I could get one of the other colors priced back at the original price before I brought the incorrect price to their attention and was told no.
It wasn't until I mentioned that I was going to dispute my original charge to get my money back that they decided they could refund my money to my card.
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had so please save yourself the effort and don't support these kind of business practices.
After all this, I performed a google lens search on the product that I wanted and found it $1000 cheaper on home depot and bed bath an beyond under a different name.
