I placed an order and upon being notified of expected shipment delays, I cancelled the order. My initial response from customer service was that I would be refunded within 3 days. It is 7 months later and I still have not received my refund. I have sent email after email with not response from customer service. No phone number available to call and I believe this company may just be a scam. Order number *******
