I'll start with I received couches and they're very nice and comfortable. Was delivered 2 months after stated, had to call back every week waited for 45+ minutes to speak to someone, and they attempted to charge me an extra $200 for shipping. I Took a screenshot upon purchase of free shipping and they tried to change it because "I lived in rural area." I also got a call 2 days after I ordered stating I owed for taxes said well just cancel order which they replied it will be 15% restock fee since you didn't cancel within 24 hours.
