Took ages to come, the box was smashed to pieces when it did arrive. The packaging was half opened. The machine does not work- very messy, voice repeats constantly, does not get cleaned properly after use. The machine does not produce a face mask- it produces a bit of liquid which you cannot put on your face. Followed the instructions but just an awful producg. Save your money and do not buy. Scam. They will not refund your money. Awful customer service- take ages to reply and get funny with you when they do. They enjoy taking money but not refunding it especially when it is faulty on their side! Disgusting behaviour. People work hard for their money not to get robbed by rubbish products that do not work.
