I had some rough spots with customer service, taking 24 hours to get back to me and not being able to give me much information on my order status not matching the estimated arrival date. I received my package later than it said I would which bummed me out. But the quality of the items were satisfactory and decent for the price of things and won't fall apart after using once.

Didn’t help much with the details of why the estimated delivery passed before the package was sent out. But they were helpful with refunds.
