Worst service,
They offered me a full refund package if I am not able to get a tenant through them within a set of days(90). I bought the package. The package comes with free photoshoot of the property. It tooks 2 weeks follow up to get the photoshoot done. "always they say tomorrow". Because this frustration I registered (free service option, no free photoshoot, so I uploaded my mobile taken photos only) in 99 acres, within 8 days I was able to finalize the tenant through 99 acres. Then I reached out to magicbrick for refund as per the package offer. They asked me the copy of rental agreement and proof of their purchase. I sent bankstatement screenshot and full agreement. Its now almost one month I and no response from them. Since I am outside india, its very hard for me to call them during their hours, but still I am doing that. Now they are not responding. So please please please do not buy any paid service from them. I was thinking to take 7000rs package, but then my luck I finalized with 4200 rs one and thats just gone. They wont do what they say or offer.
