I have been a bzz agent for a few years now but since the new company took over, they never sent anything despite of the fact that I have synced all my social medias with them and accepted offers from them. Looks like the new company cannot handle this properly. I contacted them and they said once you accept the offer then we decide whom we will send the product, it is not a confirmation that you will get the product. Earlier, if they used to email you offer and you accept it, it meant confirmed, you accepted to do the survey and that they will send you the product.

We are sorry to hear that you have not been in any campaigns this past year. An invite to a campaign has never been a guaranteed spot in a campaign. Campaigns have always had limited spots, even before the re-launch in October 2018. You may have previously been invited to campaigns with more spots that the ones you have been invited to this past year. In any case, a spot in a campaign has always been based on qualifying for that campaign (by your demographics) and how fast you reply to the invite.
