On the 20th of February I bought two air Friers from Big Box Retailers, but have not received them. I've emailed every week but am always told to be patient.I feel enough is enough. Two weeks ago I requested a tracking number and name of the delivery courier but once again told to be patient! They do however reply to my every email but last email they sent me they said I would receive the goods within 5-10 days which of course I didn't. Today I've requested a refund and am now waiting for a reply.
