Awful awful awful. I was double charged, provided proof MULTIPLE times, and have provided proof over 10 times. The representatives have not bothered to look at my information provided and continue to make up what my concerns are. Claiming I have to wait til I don't recieve my ONE item. No one there knows what they're doing and yet keep replying to the same email containing my problem. Don't even bother. Temu, Shein have the same things, often cheaper, and I've had 0 issues with any problems not being immediately addressed. Plus, Wish charges for shipping. So if you want a headache to last forever and not be resolved until you go over their heads, order. But I implore you, don't buy from Wish. Ever. #teamTemu
