The products either have defects or bad quality/ not as expected and wrong size majority of them run smaller than it should be.
After 10 days of opening a case and sending all the pictures proof needed, i received an automatic email says that the case is closed and the issue is resolved.!
Not to mention that the return policy is a joke, you need to pay 10$ for the return no matter what the reason (and if the package wasn't accepted in turkey, it is your problem then to send it back for an other 10$ or not)
It was the first purchase and definitely the last one too.
Tip for consumers:
Know that you will pay for the return no matter what the reason.
Sizes are usually very small, read the reviews on each product before buying it.
Frankly, I don't recommend Modanisa
I'm very satisfied with PatPat.
A good customer service (especially agent Jann), The high quality and the diversity of designs and the fast delivery.
I am truly a PatPat fan.
Tip for consumers:
Try to spend more than 35$ to get the free shipping, and look for the clearance and deals
