“Did not have a good experience”

I attended this school and I read the reviews before going which were mostly good but, it was totally different the owner is rude non-caring and only wanted money and I when I got there I noticed that all the good reviews I read online was written by people that work there or family members and when I failed my exam I asked for help I was constantly put off or asked to call back because they already had my money I am at a loss now.
