I purchased a pair of earrings for my baby from this website (Tiny Blessings) because of the twist on back. I was looking for good quality earrings for my 10 month old. After three days of wearing these earrings one of the earring fell out of my daughter's ear and I'm not sure where it went. When I was initially putting the earrings in my baby's ear I noticed that the twist on did not twist on very well compared to the cheap earrings I purchased from Amazon that has been in her ear for over two weeks now (without any issues). I received an email from the Tiny Blessing supervisor saying that they could not return or replace one of the earrings and that I would be able to purchase another pair for 50% off. I ended up calling the company and speaking to a representative who advised me that they cannot offer anything else but a 50% discount on my next pair of earrings and I proceeded to tell them that I don't feel comfortable with their earrings given that one of their earrings fell off within a week. Due to my persistence the representative got upset with me told me "it is Friday" can I let this go then hung up on me. So I spent $115 on earrings that my baby wore for 4 days.
