Which I apply and got approved about 6 months ago everything was good until they send a email requesting me to complete form 4506-C, this form is verification send from Equifax to give them access to your income tax returns from a couple of years back. If you didn't file income tax the previous year you still have to complete the form and send Bank statement for 5 months and have the form notarized as well. You only have 5 days to complete this forms, if not your account will be automatic close by Discover Credit Card. I feel this is wrong I have other credit cards and none of them request this form.
