Lets start this review off with saying I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASING FROM THIS SITE.
I am in a bridal party and I was so happy to get this dress because the bridesmaid dress is on this website. I first saw the sizechart and was a tad confused on which size I would be. In most stores and online shops I am a 1 or 2 in dresses, so naturally I ordered the XSMALL thinking it would be a good fit. Turns out it wasn't and I could barely zip it up. To start off this size chart was inaccurate. I confirmed that I wanted to return it and get the SMALL. The return ended up costing me an extra 10$ which is awful service in its own, but considering the low price of the dress which was $40 but $50 in all with insurance and shipping, I did not think anything of it. I ended up getting the small a few weeks after and It zipped, but was not very far off from the XSMALL which is so frustrating. I realized that I should probably get a medium, keep in mind my event is coming up soon because for some reason this company takes FOREVER to ship. Anyways I asked for a paid-for shipping label to send back my SMALL which is the second dress I ordered that still didn't fit according to their inaccurate size chart. They said that I would have to pay for shipping again which in my opinion is ridiculous because clearly I am not in the wrong here. Their size chart is BS. With that in mind, I ordered the medium while arguing with JENNY (I am assuming the owner) via my email and she says that it is not their fault that two dresses did not fit me properly which is wrong. First of all, running a business, the customer should always be right. Obviously, people are always taught this. The fact that she was arguing with me was absurd. I ended up getting my mother to email her because I am still a TEEN and she was ignoring me. Whenever my mother emailed, signing her name, there was almost an immediate response which is also putting adults above children. Either way they are getting the same amount of money and should not have that mindset. Nevertheless, the MEDIUM came a few weeks later and I still have yet to return the SMALL because they would not give me a paid-for shipping label. I noticed as soon as I opened the MEDIUM there was a HUGE SEAM ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE TORSO which was not featured on any of the other dresses I ordered. I noticed this manufacturing error quite quickly and proceeded to email Jenny once again with picture proof of the dress having a huge seam on the outside that clearly was not supposed to be there. She completely ignored the fact that this was the companies fault and said yet again that I would need to pay for a return label. This blew my mind that she completely ignored that fact that she was in the wrong on this. Any other company would apologize for the issue and ask if there is anything they can do. Obviously she did not do that. I have continuously emailed her and there has been no response. I HAVE ONLY A MONTH UNTIL MY EVENT AND STILL NO DRESS THAT WILL WORK. I am furious and even though I am furious I still need to order another medium because it fit perfectly, YET THERE IS A HUGE NOTICABLE MANUFACTURING ERROR. I AM BEYOND ANGRY, and I still do not know what to do.
NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU!
