First off, this is my first review of any business and I've had some bad past experiences. This is a whole other level that I feel obliged to write a review. I am so outraged by this so called "business." They mislead you into "signing up" by offering a deal and then they don't even tell you they will charge you 40 dollars a month. I do a lot of online shopping and never in my life have I experienced something so despicable and dishonest as this company. As a costumer, you should not feel TRICKED by a company. I trusted them with my credit card information only to find out for the past couple months they have been charging me an accumulated $300 in "store credit." So now that they have essentially stolen 300 dollars of my money I call costumer service to get my money back and what do I learn: THEY WILL NOT REFUND the money they stole! It's bad enough they can get away with this for a certain amount of time but then to tell your costumers they can't have their own money back? The first time I called the costumer service rep, she could have cared less, and I know if something like this happened to that woman, she would NOT be pleased. THIEVES. And they know exactly what they're doing and they could care less because as long as they're making their money to sustain their dishonest business, they don't care about their costumers. When I complain on social media and on their instagram they deleted my comment. So shady and dishonest.

I can't believe the people working for this company and owners of this company can morally live with themselves. Despicable. And now I read all these reviews to learn hundreds of people have been through a similar thing with this company. All these adore me "responses" from the company are just contrived and no action is even being done. I was shocked by the lack of costumer service and complete indifference of the representative on the phone. Apologizing and essentially blaming the costumer is a horrible way to run a business. I want my money back.

I Feel totally scammed. Just beware people, I wouldn't want this to happen to you. I wish I had read more and had not been so trusting. I refuse to support a business who doesn't put their costumers first. And to add salt to the wound, the quality is horrible. If I do not succeed in getting my full money back, I will follow through with a Better Business Bureau complaint and intend to pursue other legal action.
