Have no idea if the screen i bought even works. Installed it on my laptop. Now the laptop is not working. It also was suppose to be 2 day shipping and it took 4 days. If i can get the computer working I might be able to give it a score.

In the rare case of a computer ceasing functioning during an LCD installation the LCD remains fully functional and will turn on after the appropriate computer repairs are completed. It is very important to plugin the video connector using both hands and without twisting or slanting the connector. The common cause of such malfunction is a connector pins over-laping with pins in the jack that are not supposed to touch. Alternatively customer is welcome to return the LCD for a full refund.
