I purchased a whole house water filter only to be sent a refurbished unit that still have chlorinated/ white residue around the valves on the cylinder head.
After raising the concern to East Midlands Water company I have abruptly been ignored where no acknowledgement of my emails, calls are being returned. I sent the product back via UPS tracking and it was received and signed for by Mr Coleman almost 27 days ago now. Absolutely shocking. No customer service. No consideration or customer care is present. Given this experience I sadly will no longer be using East Midlands Water Company. Should they have corresponded and worked with me at the earliest convenience I would of happily exchanged for a different unit.
Your lack of customer care proceeds to loose customers. I find the fact you sre able to ignore people and their emails and just hold my money until you decide its OK to send back is ridiculous.
Moving forward the fact you don't state yoy refurbish the units and then send them to your customers is also awful. I feel absolutely let down.
The only positive is the shipping. Quick shipping using DPD
