BUYER BEWARE!. I've purchased two items and returned both. One was received by Venus on 11/18 and the other on 12/7 as indicated by UPS tracking numbers. Getting a refund is next to impossible. After multiple chats and emails, I still haven't gotten my refund. Venus said it was sent to paypal. Paypal shows no record. Venus indicated to contact my bank. My account still shows the credit for the amount $54.59! This is my experience. I will never purchase from Venus again. Not worth the headaches.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site. If you need to return and item, I'm not confident you will get a refund. Given the quality of the items that I returned, you will likely ask for a refund too. Best wishes.
