My bank acct was charged by AVG for a subscription I did not generate When I chatted with their customer service he would not listen to what I was saying He continually kept trying to get me to accept this subscription Finally I made it clear if this was not stopped I would use other channels to stop this At that time he deactivated the subscription This was yesterday The transaction is pending as of today Pending expires tomorrow 1/5/2024 They sent me an email stating that they are processing a refund I assume they are going to take my money to boost their revenue while I wait 5 to 7 days to get my money back for something I had nothing to do with

I had the same issues as everyone else Wish I had researched first I ordered fabric on July 19 They took the money out of my account the next day Three weeks went by without a word from them After waiting this long I called They told me that it was in print It was in print alright These designs are pressed on to the fabric like a tshirt The fabric is of poor quality I am not going to be able to use this fabric So wasted money I would ask for my money back but after reading the other reviews I see that I will never get it back These people do not need to be in the fabric business The product received looks nothing like the pictures they advertised I will never order on line again I received my shipment on Aug 13 So, Buyer Be Ware!
