I had a v bad reaction to first vax so I tried to freeze the GYMVMT membership last fall when they required personally paid for Covid testing in order to use the membership. I said I could not afford to pay this kind of money (over four times the cost per month for the tests vs. membership costs). I said that I loved the gym and would pay for the membership once the mandate was lifted. They refused. No mercy. No integrity. Then when spoke to an accounts staff member I said I wanted to speak to his supervisor to explain my circumstances. He said okay. I've waited for three months. Suddenly I get a text from another guy. I state the above. Hd then says there is no supervisor-just him and the first guy I spoke to. No honesty after waiting months he turns around and I'd demanding I pay what is owing (which I have not received any info on this either). This organization has unfair and dishonest business practises.
Horrible. Stay away!
