It's a big scam. They promise to get you back money lost or blocked by dishonest trading brokers but will only scam you further. They charged me almost 3000€ and wanted me to pay another 1500€ which I refused. They replicated a parcel delivery site but it is a fake. BEWARE BEWARE you have been warned. All feedback are fake.
Edit of 10/09/2021: I received a picture of the wallet again but it is a picture taken on google. I asked for a real photo of mine, they told me the parcel has gone to delivery, I am given a tracking number on a fake site. Then the next day I am asked to pay €1500 in delivery charges and VAT again. All this is not coherent and especially shady.
So Phoenix Souls, your comment is just to put future victims to sleep.
